FROM NEW YORK & VERMONT

From New York City

Get on the NY State Thruway, I - 87. Follow the Thruway to Albany, NY. YOU MUST GET OFF AT EXIT 24 ALBANY. You will then get on the Adirondack Northway, I - 87, right after the toll barrier. Follow the Adirondack Northway, I - 87 North to Schroon Lake, take Exit 28. Turn right off the exit ramp, then left on to US Route 9 and travel 4 miles north. The Blue Ridge Motel is on the left hand side of the road. If you go into North Hudson, you have passed the motel.

From
Glen Falls |Saratoga |Albany Regions

Follow the Adirondack Northway, I - 87 north to Schroon Lake, take Exit 28. Turn right off ramp, then left on to US Route 9 and drive 4 miles north. The Blue Ridge Motel is on the left hand side of the road. If you go into North Hudson, you have passed the motel.

From Plattsburgh and All Points North

Follow the Adirondack Northway, I - 87 south to North Hudson, Exit 29. Turn right at the end of the exit, follow this road till you come to a T in front of Gokey's Outlet Stores. Then turn right on to US Route 9, go about 2 miles south. Blue Ridge Motel is on the right hand side of the road just past the "Town of Schroon" sign.

From the Southern Vermont Region

Follow US Route 4 west from Rutland, VT till you get to Whitehall, NY. Take a right on to Route 22 North and follow that to Ticonderoga, NY. McDonald's will be on your left and Maplefields Mobil Station will be on your right. Go straight through the 4 way light and follow Route 74 to Schroon Lake, NY (approximately 23 miles) till you come to a second four way light. Take a right on to US Route 9 North, and drive 4 miles north. The Blue Ridge Motel is on the left hand side of the road. If you go into North Hudson, you have passed the motel.

From the
Middle Vermont Region

Take the ferry over to Ticonderoga, NY. Head west toward NY Route 74. You will come down a long hill to a four way stop light. Turn Right onto Route NY-22/NY-74W. You will travel about a mile or so and see a McDonald's on your left and a Maplefields Mobile Station on your right and another 4 way light. Stay straight through the light on to NY 74W, traveling approximately 23 miles to a second 4 way light. Take a Right on to US Rt 9N and drive approximately 4 miles. The Blue Ridge Motel will be on your left. If you arrive at the Town of North Hudson, you have gone to far.

Northern Vermont

Take US 7 South from Burlington, Vermont to Vergennes, VT and pick up VT 22 A south towards Addison. Then take VT 17 to Chimney Point. There you can take the picturesque bridge to Crown Point. When you come to the end of the Bridge Road, take a right on to NY Route 22 to Crown Point, continue to follow NY Route 22 / 9N South to Ticonderoga. You will see Maplefield's Mobile Station on the left and Walgreen's on the right and a four way light in front of you. This is the junction of NY 74 west, turn left. Follow NY74 west all the way to a four way light at the intersection of NY 74 and US Route 9 in Schroon Lake, about 23 miles. Turn right on US Route 9 and travel for approximately 4 miles north. The Blue Ridge Motel is on the left hand side of the road. If you go into North Hudson, you've passed it.

FROM CANADA

From Quebec

Take PQ 15 south from Montreal to the US border. You are now on the Adirondack Northway - I87. Follow I - 87 south to North Hudson and take Exit 29. At the end of the exit, turn right on to the Blue Ridge Road, drive east to the end of the Blue Ridge Road (you will be facing Gokey's Outlet Store). Turn right on to US Route 9 South. Travel on US Route 9 South for approximately 2 miles. Blue Ridge Motel is on the right hand side of the road just past the "Town of Schroon" sign.
