The Blue Ridge Motel, operated and owned by Blue Ridge Hospitality, LLC is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
Rates are based on single/double occupancy (1-2 people per room).
Our rooms with two (2) double beds allow for additional guests per room, however there will be a charge of $10 per person (over the age of 12). With a maximum of 4 people per each room with two(2) double beds.
A 50% deposit on entire reservation is required to guarantee a reservation with balance due at check in.
Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover & AMEX are accepted. Sorry, no personal checks
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 5 (five) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $25 processing fee per room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than five (5) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand you are required to take responsibility for your entire reservation cost. If we are able to rent the rooms from your reservation, we may be able to refund a portion of your reservation, how ever there is no guarantee.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 10 AM.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are the only pet allowed on our property, no exceptions.
We ask that proof of current immunization for said dog be with you.
We must be notified if you intend to bring a dog into your room.
*Failure to do this may result in being asked to leave the property.*
Dogs are allowed in Room#1 ONLY at this time.
Dogs are NOT to be left unattended in a motel room, even if it is in a dog crate.
Dogs must be leashed or carried whenever they are on motel grounds.
Please walk your dog to a far corner of the property to defecate, and pick up your dog's droppings.
We ask that dogs be kept quiet, especially at night so as not to disturb other guests.
Any damage done to the unit you are staying in will be charged to your credit card. If you plan on bringing a pet, and paying cash, you will need a current cc on file to secure your liability.
Any chewed, clawed or scratched doors, damaged woodwork, carpet or tiled floors, destroyed furniture, replacement or repairs will be charged in full including the labor to your card. Carpeting that is urinated or defecated on will be cleaned by a professional carpet cleaner. If the stain or odor cannot be removed you will be charged the full cost of replacement.
In addition, you will be charged the daily room rate until the unit is ready for re-use.

ADA POLICIES
We currently are under renovations and will soon offer an ADA compliant guest room and our facilities will be having ADA upgrades.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are non transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later date up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
